Hello everyone! I hope everyone has had a successful January and is ready to move into the second month of the new year. While it’s been a bit of a hectic month on my end, I enjoy the time to be able to unwind and cook a good meal after work.
Now, a little-known fact about me, is I am obsessed with salsas, and I always love the opportunity to try new ones or different takes on old favorites. To commemorate this love, I am here to share my Mango Salsa recipe.
This recipe is one of my go-to fan favorites that is good not only with chips but also added to so many dinner recipes. The best part about this recipe is it’s super quick to put together and uses a lot of ingredients that you might already have in your kitchen.

Now every time I make this recipe, it always turns out a little bit different based on what I have available. But the great thing is that it’s super easy to customize. If you don’t have red onions use white or even green. If you don’t have red peppers use any other color. I should note that this recipe would also be great with a bunch of cilantro or even jalapeno which my partner unfortunately does not enjoy. My point is, feel free to customize. Learn what you like and adapt whatever you need to.
