April Reading List

Hello lovelies! I hope everyone’s April is off to a great start. I for one cannot believe that it is already April. I feel like this year is already flying by which is truly terrifying to me. For anyone that is keeping up, I have fallen a bit behind in my goals with this blog. However, I’m hope that with a truly terrifying March finally over, I am off to bigger and better things… ie less stress!

With all that being said, read on for my April book list!

So, for my first book of the month, I am choosing Where the Crawdads Sing a book by Delia Owens . This book actually came up on the Libby app as a NY Times Best Seller recommendation, but I had already heard good things from those around me. I am excited to dig in and see what all the buzz is about.

For my second book of the month, I am choosing The Seven Necessary Sins for Women and Girls a book by Mona Eltahawy which also came to me as a recommendation for Women’s History Month in the Libby app. While scrolling through the app, this title immediately stood out to me. Admittedly, I have been in a more than slightly feisty mood lately with everything going on in my life and the world. As a proud feminist, I am always looking for new perspectives and knowledge to incorporate into my life. I hope that this book will make for an interesting read and provide some important life lessons.

For my final book of the month, I am reading Witch: Unleashed. Untamed. Unapologetic. a book by Lisa Lister . If it hasn’t become apparent from some of my reading choices, I have always been fascinated by witchcraft and various histories. While this book is a short read, I hope that it will be an interesting fusion of historical and more modern witchcraft practices.

So that’s my official reading round up for the month of April. Let me know in the comments what you’re reading this month. Any recommendations, let me know below and enjoy your month!
